Have you noticed suspicious activity, a user’s photo that doesn’t match his age, or other dubious facts? You can block a user and file a complaint against him.
- Through a dialog. In the top right corner of the dialog box, tap the three dots. Then tap Block and Report. Please indicate the reason for blocking and we will definitely check your complaint. You will see a Block and Report button. Select the reason for blocking from the list provided and write a comment for the Support Service. Then tap Block.
- On the profile page. Go to the profile page by tapping on the person's name or photo. Scroll down and tap on Block and Report. Select the reason for blocking from the list provided and write a comment for the Support Service. Then tap Block.
What happens when you block a user?
After blocking a user, his page is blacklisted. From now on, he does not have access to your profile and cannot send you messages.
Each complaint is considered individually by the site moderation team; As a rule, this takes no more than an hour. Your complaint is completely anonymous - the blocked user will not know who complained about his profile.
How to unblock a user?
You can only unblock a user from the Blacklist. Go to your personal profile and go to Settings by tapping on the gear icon in the upper left corner. Tap on the Blacklist tab, select the desired user from the list, and then the Unblock button. You can also unblock a user in their profile by clicking on the Unblock button.
Remember that any suspicious user activity should not go unnoticed. Our site moderators check each complaint and the reason for blocking in order to take the necessary measures and resolve your request as soon as possible.
